As part of the new structure for Deacon Ministry, we will now be bringing you regular updates on the ministry of Deacons here at FPC . . .

Ah! Spring! What a wonderful sight, the crocuses, daffodils and forsythia! God’s world is really awakening after these gray, winter days. Have you heard “once a deacon, always a deacon”? Of course, you have. When ordained, deacons accept a commitment of service, compassion and helping those in need. It is very evident in our church family! The caring that continues to show our love for our Lord, Jesus Christ, gives our community of faith, strength and continuity. Deacon’s continue to use their talents and gifts and we are truly blessed. With our transition, we pray fully ask that if a need is observed and not met, please contact us so that we may assist in any way we can..
